The new Tech Assist remote support tool hosted here at Tranet, can be accessed by clicking Remote Assistance on the tranet.com website or by directly visiting techassist.tranet.net. Simply enter your name, enter the support code (provided to Tranet Customers) and a Tranet tech will assist you shortly. Assistance codes are available for new and existing Pay as You go, Bronze, Silver Gold and Platinum level Tranet Support Pack Customers.
